Sizing & Fit
How do your sizes run?
True to standard UK sizing. Every piece is fitted on a real body before it leaves the studio. If something runs a half size small or large, the note appears on the piece page.
What if the piece doesn’t fit?
Every piece comes with one free round of alterations within thirty days — hems, waist, sleeve length, or shoulder. Send it back to the studio and we return it within two weeks.
Can I commission something made to measure?
Yes. Book an appointment or write to us. Made-to-measure pricing is quoted per piece, and lead time is four to six weeks.
Do you have a size chart?

Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Kathmandu, Nepal. Domestic orders arrive in 3–5 working days. International orders in 7–12 working days.
What are your lead times?
Made-to-order pieces take 2–6 weeks depending on the piece. In-stock pieces ship within 2–3 working days.
How do I place an order?
Write to us with the piece you’re interested in. We’ll confirm availability, measurements, and lead time, then send a payment link.
Do you accept returns?
Unworn, unaltered pieces may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Appointments
How long is an appointment?
About forty-five minutes. We allot an hour in the studio so there’s no rush.
Can I try pieces on?
Yes. Every appointment includes trying pieces in your size. There’s no obligation to buy.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes, for clients outside Delhi. Video call with a stylist — we’ll show you pieces and discuss fit and fabric in real time.
What if I need to cancel?
Just message the studio on WhatsApp or email us. We ask for twenty-four hours’ notice when possible.
Garment Care
How do I clean wool-silk?
Dry clean only. Rest on a shaped hanger. Brush gently after wearing to remove surface dust.
Can I wash silk at home?
Dry clean is preferred. If hand washing, use cold water and a pH-neutral detergent, and lay flat to dry — never wring.
Do you repair pieces?
Yes. Send any piece back to the studio for repair. We quote before starting, and most repairs take one to two weeks.
How should I store a blazer?
On a padded hanger, in a breathable garment bag. Avoid plastic covers and direct sunlight.
